Our Workable integration connects the best of both worlds: Workable's HRIS with our feedback focused features. You'll be able to connect basic employe and reporting line information by enabling this integration.
Finding the Integration
You'll find the integration under the Integrations tab in your account:
From there, you'll see the basic overview of the integration settings:
Partner Token and Subdomain from Workable
The Subdomain and Partner Token fields must be filled with data from your Workable account. To access those, you'll need to first login to your Workable account to copy them over.
Subdomain
Your Subdomain is your account subdomain, which you can copy from your browser.
It should look like: https://company-name.workable.com/
To find it visit Settings -> Company Profile:
Partner Token
Your partner token is available from the Settings -> Apps -> Other Integrations -> Small Improvements.
To access your settings screen click your Avatar:
Next locate the Apps section of the integrations overview:
Next locate Small Improvements under Other Integrations by scrolling down:
From there, copy the token:
Copy into Small Improvements
Copy the API token and the subdomain into the integration settings panel:
Previewing the import or viewing past imports
You can easily preview an upcoming import, or view history under the Preview and History tabs on the integration page.
Turning on Automatic Uploads
We recommend using the automatic import feature to run imports every 2 hours as shown below. This will ensure that the integration can run seamlessly.
