Early Legacy pricing: Bronze, Silver, and Gold
Our earliest models were structured by feature tiers.
Base Price: Started at $4 (Bronze), $5 (Silver), and $6 (Gold) per user/month.
Annual Discount: 17% discount (2 months free) for annual billing.
Nonprofit Discount: 50% off for eligible organizations.
Volume Discount: Rates decreased for teams over 200 users.
2015 Legacy pricing
The 2015 "Unified" plan simplified the offering into a single, scalable structure.
Base Price: $6 per user/month.
Minimum Charge: $150/month, billed quarterly.
Annual Discount: 17% discount (2 months free) for annual billing.
Nonprofit Discount: 50% off for eligible organizations.
Volume Discount: Rates decreased for teams over 200 users.
2017 Legacy pricing
The 2017 structure increased the annual incentive and established a higher minimum seat commitment.
Base Price: $7 per user/month.
Minimum Charge: $250/month (covers up to 35 users).
Annual Discount: 25% discount (3 months free) for annual billing.
Nonprofit Discount: 50% off for eligible organizations.
Volume Discount: Rates decrease for teams over 200 users.
2020 Legacy pricing: Unified
This plan consolidated our full feature set into a single price point prior to the introduction of the Starter and Suite tiers.
Base Price: $8 per user/month.
Minimum Charge: $280/month (covers up to 35 users).
Annual Discount: 25% discount (equivalent to $6 per user/month).
Nonprofit Discount: 50% off for eligible organizations.
Volume Discount: Rates decrease for teams over 200 users.
2020 Legacy pricing: Starter and Suite
Following the Unified plan, we introduced two distinct tiers. Both plans feature an annual billing option with a 25% discount.
Performance Starter Pack
Focused on core performance management tools.
Base Price: $6.67 per user/month.
Annual Discount: 25% discount (equivalent to $5 per user/month).
Nonprofit Discount: 50% off for eligible organizations.
Minimum Charge: Covers a minimum of 35 licenses.
Feedback and Performance Suite
Comprehensive plan containing the full toolkit (excluding Pulse Surveys and Insights).
Base Price: $9.33 per user/month.
Annual Discount: 25% discount (equivalent to $7 per user/month).
Nonprofit Discount: 50% off for eligible organizations.
Minimum Charge: Covers a minimum of 35 licenses.
Optional feature add-on
Pulse Surveys and Insights were available as an optional add-on for both the Suite and Starter Pack plans at a rate of $2 per user/month
