Self-Assessment Coach helps you strengthen your Self-Assessment before sharing it. Use it to identify anything you may have missed and describe your contributions clearly.
Where to Find the Review Coach
Open your Self-Assessment and find the Self-Assessment Coach in the Helpful Resources panel. Choose the Coach that fits what you need, whether you’re reviewing your draft or looking for ideas to add.
Choose the Right Coach
Coach | How it helps |
Evaluate the self-assessment | Reviews your Self-Assessment and suggests ways to make it more complete. If your company has connected a career framework, it also considers expectations for your role. |
Evaluate tone | Helps you communicate clearly and constructively and identifies wording that may sound overly modest or defensive. |
Compare with Objectives | Compare your completed Objectives with your Self-Assessment to help identify achievements or outcomes you may have missed. |
How to Get Started
Write your first draft. Include specific examples of your accomplishments, their impact, challenges, and areas where you’d like to grow.
Choose a Coach. Start with what you need help with. You don’t need to use every Coach.
Review the suggestions. Check that they reflect your experience, then use the ones that help strengthen your Self-Assessment.
You know your work best! Keep your examples accurate and your writing in your own voice.
