Prepare for the Review Conversation
Under Inspire, select Delivering this Review in person for suggestions on structuring a clear, constructive, and engaging review conversation.
How to Get Started
Write your first draft. Include specific examples of the employee’s contributions, their impact, and areas for growth.
Choose a Coach. Start with what you need help with. You don’t need to use every Coach.
Review the suggestions. Check that they accurately reflect the employee’s performance and context, then use the ones that help strengthen your assessment.
Use the suggestions to support your judgment. Keep your feedback grounded in examples and leave room for the employee’s perspective during the conversation.
