Small Improvements hosts highly sensitive data on behalf of its customers. It has been part of our DNA from day one to ensure that this data is kept secure, which includes preventing unauthorized access, preventing accidental disclosure, and of course ensuring availability and preventing data loss.
Over the years we have established processes and guidelines on how to deal with data. You can find them all in our trust center.
We are working with our Data Protection Officer to ensure the documents remain up to date, and we work with external penetration testers to ensure that the policies don't just look nice but actually deliver the security we and our customers require.
