If you love our Praise feature and are looking for a way to further encourage a culture of frequent recognition at your company, we’ve got something pretty special you can explore using.
Simply put, this functionality gives you the opportunity to celebrate the gift of feedback in the most public way possible: By showcasing it on a big screen or projection, in the common areas or lobby of your office.
Once in full-screen mode, the display will shuffle Praises in and out of the display. Generating a gentle rhythm of recognition, stimulating self-confidence all throughout your building!
Use it on as many screens as you like, and watch as engagement with Praise and recognition starts to steadily increase.
Enabling the Praise Wall
To enable the Praise Wall, click Settings in the left side menu, then click the Praise tile found in the Settings menu. On the next page, click the 'Enable Praise Wall' toggle.
Customizing your Praise Wall
Add a custom Title that will show up in the top right corner of your Praise Wall.
Enable or disable the logo in the top left corner (you can also upload your own logo further down).
Select how many cards you'd like to show on the Praise Wall at a given time. You can show 1 to 3 Praise cards per screen.
Choose how often the Praise cards should change and set limits on how many of your latest Praises should be included.
Exclude deactivated users.

Generating a Praise Wall
If you made customizations to your Praise Wall, be sure to regenerate the Praise Wall link. Once the new link is created, you can copy and paste it to your browser.
Note: The Praise Wall link we provide works outside of your log-in. So if you have Single Sign On integrated with your Small Improvements account, no need to worry about the Praise wall being shielded. Just make sure to use the link we provide in the instructions.
