Creating and Editing Objectives
Employees can enter their objectives during the time period starting on the "Create objectives from" date and ending on the "Create and edit objectives until" date.
During this time, employees can:
- Create objectives 
- Delete objectives 
- Edit the objective title, description, and due date 
- Add, remove, or edit the wording of key results 
- Change the objective category 
- Change objective visibility 
- Move the objective to another cycle 
Objectives should be fully finalized by the end of this period.
Updating Objectives
Employees can update their objectives through the "Update objectives until" date. Alternatively, you can choose to allow employees to update their objectives indefinitely.
During this time, employees can:
- Adjust status labels 
- Check off key results 
- Update completion percentages, weightings, and ratings 
- Comment on the objective
