Review Summaries – Help managers capture key points and follow up after a review.
AI Writing Assistant – Supports clearer, more effective written feedback.
Feedback to Action – Suggests objectives based on 360 feedback shared.
Each feature is optional and designed to support (not replace) your voice.

How to manage AI settings
HR Admins can choose whether to enable or disable AI features.
To turn AI features on or off:
Go to Administration > Settings > Feature Selection.
Scroll to the AI Features section.
Use the toggle to enable or disable AI across the account.
Click Save.
