Updated over a week ago

Running multiple cycles in parallel? Curious about a team’s performance trajectory over time? Cross-Cycle Reporting lets you consolidate the results of several review cycles into one unified report, with advanced filtering and sorting options to help you slice and dice your data according to your needs.

Cycle Selection

Using the Review Cycle Selector dropdown, scroll through a list of cycles or use the search box to locate a specific cycle. Click the check box next to any Review cycles you'd like to compare to the cycle currently selected.

⚠️ Note: Clicking the Review cycle title (rather than the checkbox) will switch you to that cycle rather. You must click the checkbox to select multiple cycles.

Running Parallel Review Cycles

Many teams conduct multiple cycles in parallel to have location, title, or department-specific Review cycles. With Cross-Cycle Reporting, you can select all of the cycles you'd like to compare and uncover a variety of helpful data points.

💬 Example: Press the Grouping button to group your data by Title, Location, or Department. Using the Columns button, be sure to enable the Rating and Rating Delta columns.

Are rating averages significantly different based on any of those groupings?

If so, that could be an indication that Calibration is needed to make sure ratings are being assigned fairly across your workforce.

Measuring Long-Term Performance Trajectory

Cross-Cylce Reporting can also show you how rating averages may have evolved over time. Be sure to enable columns like Self-Rating, Reviewer Rating, and Rating Delta to compare averages.

💬 Example: Try grouping your data by Department and sub-grouping by Cycle. Enable columns like Self-Rating, Rating, and Rating Delta to compare averages.

Click the Search button on the left to filter your table further. You may wish to view Review data for specific teams, specific locations, specific individuals, etc.

For more information on grouping, filtering, or editing the columns in Review tables, refer to the article, [Performance Reviews] Analytics.
