Having the right information on hand is key to successful self-assessments, reviews, and 1:1 meetings. With the Helpful Resources sidebar, the relevant information is always at your fingertips.

Opening and closing the sidebar

By default, the sidebar is open when you open a 1:1 Meeting, Review, or 360 Feedback. You can collapse or open it when necessary by clicking on the arrow in the top right corner of the screen:

Viewing activities

We show a person’s Objectives, Praises, 360 Feedback, Reviews, and Messages in the Resources tab in the sidebar when it is first opened. This encourages team members to get a broad overview of each other’s goals and successes as well as the feedback they’ve already exchanged.

You’ll only see the content you have permission to view. So an employee won’t see their teammate’s reviews, but they would see any mutual 1:1 Meetings.

Clicking on one of these activities will open a window that contains the details about that activity. Here’s what it looks like:

Filtering by activity

To see the information that’s most relevant at the time, you can filter the activities by person, type of activity (Objectives, Praise, 360s, Reviews, and Messages), and time period.

Viewing a team member’s profile

You can also select the profile button to see more information about a person, including their bio, role, manager, direct reports, and any documents they’ve attached to their profile.

Viewing guides and Help Center articles

The Helpful Resources sidebar also contains guides, tips, and other resources to help you give feedback, receive feedback, or have better 1:1 meetings. You can see these by selecting the Guides & Help tab in the sidebar.

Resources provided by your organization will appear first, followed by tips and Help Center articles provided by Small Improvements.
