Your account settings let you manage your password, email notifications, and whether you share anonymous usage data with Small Improvements. Here’s how to adjust these settings to suit how you work.
Open your account settings
Click your profile in the bottom-left corner of Small Improvements.
Select Settings.
You’ll arrive on the Your Settings page, where you can manage your personal account preferences.
Change your password
You can update your password at any time from your account settings.
Under Account, click Change Password.
Enter your existing password in Current Password.
Enter your new password in New Password. Your new password must contain at least 10 characters.
Click Change Password.
Manage your email notifications
The Email Notifications section lets you choose which Small Improvements updates you receive by email.
Select or clear the checkbox next to each notification type:
1:1 Meeting Creation – Receive an email whenever a 1:1 meeting is shared with you.
1:1 Meeting Updates – Receive an email whenever a note or talking point is added, updated, or removed in one of your meetings.
Automated Email Reminder – Receive email notifications from automated reminders set up by your organization.
After making your changes, click Save.
Choose whether to share anonymous usage data
You can choose whether to share anonymous data about how you use Small Improvements. This helps us understand how the product is being used and where we can make improvements. The data doesn’t reveal anything about your individual behavior.
Under Product Analytics and Research, select Share anonymous data with Google Analytics to help us improve by sharing anonymous usage data. Clear the checkbox if you’d prefer not to share it.
Click Save.
