Similar to the 1:1 meetings dashboard for HR Admins, managers in Small Improvements have access to an overview screen of the 1:1 meetings that have occurred between themselves and their reports.
Dashboard overview
To visit the dashboard, the manager visits the Team tab -> 1:1 meetings:
The display covers the meetings graph. Users can filter by time period, particular template, and meeting participants.
The default timeframe is the past 90 days, but you can change those dates.
Your default view is to see which managers have had meetings with their reports:
Change the Meeting Participants filter to “All Reports” to see which employees have had meetings with each other:
