1:1 Meetings: Team Dashboard for Managers

The 1:1 Meeting Team dashboard gives managers a clear overview of the 1:1 meetings happening across their team. Use it to track meeting activity, identify gaps, and understand how regularly managers and employees are connecting.

Open the Team dashboard

  1. Go to 1:1 Meetings.

  2. Select Team.

You'll see a dashboard with a meeting activity graph and filters that help you focus on the most relevant information.

Filter the dashboard

Use the filters at the top of the page to customize your view.

You can filter by:

  • Time period

  • Meeting template

  • Meeting participants

By default, the dashboard shows data from the past 90 days, but you can select a different date range at any time.

Tip: Narrow the results by template to review participation for a specific type of 1:1 meeting.

View manager and report meetings

The default Meeting Participants filter shows Managers and Reports.

In this view, you can see which managers have held 1:1 meetings with their direct reports during the selected time period. This makes it easy to spot teams that are meeting regularly and identify where follow-up may be needed.

View meetings between employees

To see meetings between employees instead of manager-report pairs:

  1. Open the Meeting Participants filter.

  2. Select All Reports.

The dashboard updates to show meetings that have taken place between employees.

Note: The information shown depends on your permissions and the meetings you're allowed to view.

View additional details

Select the expand menu next to an entry to see more information about the meetings for that manager or employee.

The expanded view provides additional context to help you understand meeting activity within your team.
