Anytime Feedback lets employees give and request feedback at any time, supporting employee-driven feedback across the organization. It uses reusable templates, clear visibility settings, and optional automation to make feedback timely and consistent.
This article explains how admins use the Admin Dashboard for Anytime Feedback to manage feedback activity, templates, insights, visibility, exports, automation, and email notifications.
Using Templates to Give and Request Feedback
Templates help employees give and ask for feedback in a consistent, thoughtful way, without having to start from scratch each time.
Open the Templates tab in the Admin Dashboard to see all available feedback templates.
From here, you can:
View existing templates
Edit or delete templates using the pen or trash icons
Disable templates to hide them from employees
Reorder templates using the up and down arrows
Tip: Templates work best when they focus on a clear goal, such as project feedback or growth conversations.
Creating a New Template
Click +Create Template at the top of the page.
Enter a Name and Description.
The description is shown to employees, so use it to explain when and how the template should be used.
Set permissions:
HR Admins and Assistants
Managers
Non-managers
Choose how the template can be used:
Giving feedback, requesting feedback, or both
Build your questionnaire.
Anytime Feedback supports the same question types as 360 Feedback.
Click Save.
Your template is now available for use. When employees give or request feedback, they can select a template while setting up their questionnaire.
Note: Templates provide a starting point. Employees can edit or remove questions after selecting a template. Any changes apply only to their specific feedback and donβt affect the template for others.
Viewing Insights
The Insights tab in the Admin Dashboard gives admins visibility into feedback activity across the company.
Here, you'll see the stats on Participation and Completion. You can filter the data by Feedback Type:
Proactive Feedback
Requested Feedback
Feedback created through automation
Note: If you have visibility access, you'll see the responses when you click on the feedback Topic.
Automation
Anytime Feedback can be triggered automatically through Automation. For example, you can automatically request feedback after a new hire reaches 30 days, or set up an automation for a manager who wants to maintain a regular cadence of feedback with their team.
This helps teams collect feedback at the right moments, without manual follow-up.
Exporting Feedback
HR Admins can export all feedback activity for Anytime Feedback.
Open the Exports button to the right.
Choose CSV or Excel format.
Select a date range.
Click Export.
You can wait for the file to download or find it under Admin Settings > Latest Exports.
Note: Only feedback shared with HR is visible in the export.
Visibility Settings
Use the Settings tab in the Admin Dashboard to define default visibility for feedback.
Here you can set the default visibility for the reviewee's manager and HR:
Everything β can see the feedback and who wrote it

Additional options include:

From this page, you can:

Turn emails on or off individually
This gives you full control over how employees are notified about feedback activity, including requests and reminders.
